4.30 am and Insomnia's my friend!

Well Well.. Here I am. Never thought that the day would come when me- the paper and pen girl- would start blogging. But thanks ( or curses) to someone special - Here I am.

I am already high on the excitement of creating my first blog and even though my eyes are drooping down, my brain is ever-alert. It doesn't matter that it's 4.30 in the morning, doesn't matter that I have to catch a bus at 8.15am to my office, doesn't matter that once there, I will have to work in front of a computer for 9 more hours. What matters is the right here and the right now. This one little thing that I did today broke the monotony of my existence. It gave a sense of joy to my otherwise mundane week. It made me happy, content and satisfied.

And if we really are honest with ourselves, isn't that what we are all looking for? The quiet satisfaction of a happy life and the courage to break the monotony?
